Organization, Hauling, and Cleaning

Organizing cluttered spaces, helping with outdoor cleaning jobs, haul away or moving (4x8 trailer sized). Can help with store pickups.

Home Repairs

Wood replacement, deck repair, small electrical or plumbing issues, gutter repair and cleaning, fences, and more.

Built a kitchen island, added a range vent-hood, tiled the walls, changed the flooring, replaced light fixtures and painted.

Simple bathroom remodel. Repainted, added a wood planked feature wall, mirror and light fixtures.

Closed off the opening by reframing the wall, changed the flooring, removed the popcorn, painted the room and fireplace, and added wall features.

Cleared out front section below deck, added ground cover, white fencing, potted plants.

Estimating Job Costs

How long does it take?

After doing home services awhile, it’s not too difficult to determine how long a particular job will take to finish. Although circumstances may change from time to time, here is a list of common jobs that can be done within an hour or two visit.

ONE HOUR VISTS: Replace several ceiling lights, or assemble and replace one large ceiling fan, or replace a broken garbage disposal, or install grab bars or other wall or window treatments, text me your list.

TWO HOUR VISITS: Assemble furniture or other modestly complex items, or install a toilet, or install a small vanity, text me your list.
